The founder of Zoë Coaching worked in corporate for over 15 years, specialising in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry, where she spent most of her years in Customer Retention and Business Development. She worked closely with clients from various industries and helped them optimise efficiency, increase revenue and save costs. Manana graduated from IMM Graduate School of Marketing.

She is a certified Coach, Trainer and Mentor.

These sessions are designed to empower and equip Small Businesses on how to grow their business and bring understanding to the business owners. We also aim to open minds of business owners regarding tools available to assist their business in driving efficiency, increase productivity and drive growth

Group Coaching

For a group of individuals who have to achieve a desired outcome. We work with the group and assist in identifying their strengths where they are able to leverage off of each other. Coaching and improving performance on a team level is a valuable experience for any group of individuals.

Individual Coaching

The process is outcome based. We will work comprehensively/extensively do deep work with the individual to get the results/insights they need to start making the changes required to advance to their Abundant life. Whether you have a clear vision of what you want for your future, or no idea where to start, our coaching sessions are designed to assist in finding clarity. You will focus on creating achievable goals and taking action to create the success you dream of. A coach acts as an accountability partner through the coaching process.
